This chia seed smoothie tastes so creamy and rich, you'll think it's a milkshake!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp chia seeds1 ½ cup almond milk2 pitted dates 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks 2 cup frozen mango chunks ¼ of a medium avocado Ice cubes to taste

Directions

  1. Place the chia seeds and almond milk in the bottom of a blender and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
