Makes:

    • 2.5 ounces dried mango (about 8 pieces)
    • juice of one lime
    • 1/4 teaspoon mild chili powder

Directions

Spread the mango out on a countertop. Brush each piece of mango with the lime juice and sprinkle with the chili powder.
