Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Scrub squash. Place on rack and bake until easily pierced with toothpick (around 30 minutes).
Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Peel squash and mash pulp. Beat this well with cream and butter to make a good consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into four wide-rim glasses and sprinkle with toppings of choice.
