No more than 3 hours before serving: Mix Cocktail Sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Leave at room temperature.

Shortly before serving, fold in avocado and cilantro. Spoon into a serving bowl or 6 stemmed glasses. Hang shrimp over the edge of the bowl or individual glasses. Serve with the tortilla chips.

Serve in stemmed glasses or place all the cocktail sauce in a large bowl and surround with shrimp and chips.
