Ingredients
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil.
In a large bowl, mix 1/3 cup ketchup, the chilies, scallion, egg, Worcestershire, salt and garlic.
Add meat mixture and oats; mix well with hands or a wooden spoon.
Form four 1-cup mounds on prepared pan. Shape each into a 4 x 21/2-in. loaf. Brush loaves with remaining ketchup.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer inserted in centers of loaves registers 160°F.
