Serves:

    • 1/2 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup skim milk
    • 4 ice cubes
    • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
    • 2 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate chips
    • mint for garnish

Directions

Place the yogurt, skim milk, ice cubes, sugar, matcha powder and mint extract in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and pulse once or twice. Serve immediately and garnish with mint.
