Directions

Core the cabbage and remove the outside leaves. Cut the cabbage into chunks and finely chop it in a food processor.

Transfer the cabbage to a nonreactive mixing bowl and toss with the vinegar sauce. Taste for seasoning, adding vinegar sauce as necessary.

    The sauce is close to a NC barbecue sauce,but would never be used to make cole slaw. Has this guy ever even set foot in NC?

    Not all NC barbecue is vinegar based only Eastern NC. Write about somthing you know. or at least get your facts right
