NC slaw is not just made w vinegar! it has spices all special secrets of each individual BBQ shack. some even have some ketchup a small amount, red pepper flakes ect. the slaw here is so individual and unique, you have several choices of what type you prefer. don' t mess w NC BBQ and slaw til you've actually been here to taste it! One of a kind in BBQ for sure! Try Lexington BBQ! some of the best!

The sauce is close to a NC barbecue sauce, but would never be used to make cole slaw. Has this guy ever even set foot in NC?
