Warm the chocolate and skim milk in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is melted.*

Cover one side of each strawberry with a teaspoon of the peanut butter and then dip into the chocolate mixture. Place on a large serving plate. Repeat with remaining strawberries.

Place the cocoa powder in a small mesh strainer and sprinkle over the strawberries. Cool 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate becomes firm.

*You can also use this melted chocolate and milk mixture to dip any fresh or dried fruit, pretzels or even popcorn.
