Preserved Lemon Dip with Crudites
Would you say this recipe is...
+ VOTE NOWCucumber, radish, fennel and endive spears work especially well with the flavors of this dip. Other vegetable choices could be red, yellow, orange bell peppers, fresh tender asparagus when in season, cauliflower florets, etc.

Directions
In a bowl, stir together yogurt, sour cream, preserved lemon and dill. Season with pepper to taste. Serve with crudites.
