Roast Chicken Sandwiches with Tapenade

Ingredients

4 tsp prepared tapenade
4 slice Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread, toasted
½ cup arugula leaves
6 oz sliced roasted chicken breast
6 tomato slice

Directions

Spread the tapenade on 2 bread slices.  Top with the arugula, chicken, tomato and remaining bread slices.

Tip: This recipe can be halved to make 1 serving.
