This recipe does not go with the picture. He made avocado, tomato, shredded lettuce, chopped egg white, chopped egg yolk and stack layered the ingredients into a cylinderical form. He then removed form and it remained stacked. See at his site.

This was really the best presentation for a salad, EVA! In video which isn't available, he pressed the ingredients into a cylindrical open form and pressed down. Lifted form and shape remained. Tin can/no top/no bottom,go to his site to view/buy.

Shouldn't the recipe tell how to make the salad in the stacked version pictured? Sounds yummy however.
