Savory Grilled Beef Au Jus

Tender sirloin steak grills up moist and flavorful when basted frequently beef stock that's been seasoned with onion and garlic. The remaining stock mixture is heated with pan juices to serve with the steak.

Directions

Heat the oil in an 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic and parsley and cook until the onion is tender-crisp, stirring often. Stir the broth in the skillet and heat to a boil. Remove the skillet from the heat.

Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the beef for 15 minutes for medium, or to desired doneness, turning the beef over once during grilling and brushing often with the broth mixture.

Heat the remaining broth mixture over medium-high heat to a boil and serve with the beef.
