Serves: servings

    • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
    • 1 pound fresh or frozen seafood (lobster meat, peeled, deveined shrimp, scallops, crabmeat or imitation crabmeat)

    • 2 can (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 4 cup half-and-half
    • hot pepper sauce
    • Cream sherry

Directions

Heat the butter in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.  Add the seafood and cook until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
