Shrimp Scampi

Finely chopped shrimp is sautéed with garlic, seasoned with parsley and lemon juice and served in prepared Pepperidge Farm® Mini Puff Pastry Shells.

Bake, cool and remove the "top" of the shells according to the package directions.

Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the shrimp, parsley and lemon juice and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Divide the shrimp mixture among the shells. Serve immediately.
