Ingredients

⅓ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1 tsp lemon zest1 Tbsp lemon juice1 Tbsp minced fresh dill½ tsp freshly ground pepper4 oz thinly sliced smoked trout20 thin whole-grain crackers

Directions

1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a small bowl.

2. Divide trout among crackers; top with a spoonful of the lemon-dill mayonnaise.
