Would you say this recipe is...
+ VOTE NOWThis version of the classic drink is a little bit nutritious (half the dairy is yogurt), a little bit rich (the other half is ice cream), very flavorful (equal parts orange and vanilla), and ultimately refreshing (carbonation titillates every time). Recipe from Homemade Soda by Andrew Schloss/Storey Publishing, 2011.
Ingredients
Directions
Combine the orange juice, yogurt, and ice cream in a blender or food processor, and purée.
Optionally, to mix with seltzer, pour the purée into a tall glass. Add 3/4 cup of seltzer, stir just until blended, and serve.
