For a nonalcoholic version, omit the applejack and schnapps and add 2 tablespoons cinnamon-flavored syrup, such as Torani brand.

Ingredients

4 cup apple cider1 cinnamon stick5 whole cloves½ cup applejack (apple brandy)2 Tbsp cinnamon schnapps cinnamon sticks for garnish

Directions

Bring apple cider, cinnamon stick and cloves to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add applejack and schnapps. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve hot.
