Mixing rice into the filling for the stuffed peppers adds even more heartiness to this tried-and-true special dinner meal.

Ingredients

Serves:

Directions

Cook the rice according to package directions

Brown the ground beef using onion salt and 1 tablespoon of the Worcestershire sauce

Combine the rice, ground beef, 1 can of soup, and remaining Worcestershire sauce

Fill the peppers with the mixture

Place the peppers in baking dish and surround with remaining rice mixture

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes covered, 10 minutes uncovered

Combine the remaining can of soup with enough water to make it of "gravy" consistency

Serve over the peppers

I make mine almost the same way, except, I put some tomato soup in the mixture. When I bake them, I surround the peppers with the remaining tomato soup watered down with water.

Now, I need a side dish to go with the peppers.
