Cut lemon and orange in half crosswise. Cut 1 lemon half and 1 orange half into 1/4-inch slices. Squeeze the juice from remaining halves.
Place lemon and orange juices in a 2-quart pitcher. Stir in wine, carbonated water, lemon and orange slices, kiwifruit, blackberries, cherries, and strawberries. Let drink sit for at least 2 hours for flavors to blend. Serve over ice.
