Sweet Paprika and Pepper Chips

Directions
Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Use a mandolin or vegetable slicer to cut the potato into wafer-like slices. Coat two large baking sheets with non-stick spray. Scatter the trays with the potato slices and sprinkle with the paprika mixture and the pepper. Coat the top of the slices with a thin layer of cooking spray. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, turning once until the potatoe chips are golden on both sides. Transfer to a layer of paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately.
