Ingredients

1 piece of garlic naan or flatbread2 Tbsp ricotta cheese2 Tbsp shredded mozzarella2 Tbsp crumbled feta1 Roma tomato

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 and lay out the naan on a cookie sheet.
  2. Drop the ricotta on the naan and spread it out in a thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta.
  4. Thinly slice the tomato and add the slices.
  5. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes or until the cheese begins to just barely turn brown.
