Tuna, Cannellini Bean, Red Onion and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

Serves:

    • 1 6-ounce can tuna, preferably Italian packed in olive oil, drained
    • 4 small tomatoes, cored and cut into wedges
    • 1 1/4 cups cooked cannellini beans or rinsed canned beans
    • 1 small red onion, peeled, halved and very thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup basil leaves, coarsely chopped
    • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano, perferably Italian
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine tuna, tomatoes, beans, onion and basil in a large bowl.

Dress the salad with the vinegar and oil. Season it to taste with salt and pepper then mix gently and serve.

m&ms, 4 weight reductions in they`re bags in the short time i have been watching them. kingsford charcoal has f`ed us reel bad to, used to be $5 for 20 pounds, now yor lucky if you get 15 for $8. theives

there is no more 6 oz cans of tuna. star kist was the first to start fukkin us over with there 5 oz cans. thanks for nothing star kist. every 1 else was quick to jump on the screwin band wagon too. m&ms are really screwin us bad too. 4 downsizings
