Serves:

    • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 can water packed tuna, drained
    • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
    • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped

Directions

Place the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, salt, and black pepper into a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Fold in the tuna, jalapeño, onion, celery, and mint until well combined. Serve immediately.
