Prick sausages with a fork in several places. Put in a large nonstick skillet with 1⁄2 cup water, bring to a simmer, cover and cook 5 minutes; pour off liquid. Add oil to skillet; cook sausages over medium heat 5 minutes, turning as needed until browned and cooked through (instant-read thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F). Remove to a plate.

Add 3 cups water, the milk and butter to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring to scrape up drippings in bottom of pan. Stir in both packages creamy chicken and noodles, and the broccolini.

Return to a boil, cover and cook over medium to medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until noodles are soft. Slice sausages diagonally, add with tomatoes to pan, cover and let stand 3 minutes to warm (sauce will thicken).
