Ingredients
Directions
Whisk sugars, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt with a fork in a large saucepot until mixture is well blended. Add 1 cup of the milk and semisweet chocolate and cook over medium heat, whisking until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in the remaining 1 cup of milk and 1 tablespoon orange zest, whisking constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes, until bubbles break the surface and pudding has thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla, then transfer pudding to 4 servings bowls. Place plastic wrap directly over the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
