Directions

Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Add sugar, oil, vanilla and mix. Stir in zucchini.

Add all dry ingredients. Fold in nuts, raisins. Grease two loaf plans, pour in batter.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in oven, then remove and cool on racks.

I think someone mistyped the ingredients as the original recipe calls for 2 cups of flour.

This recipe is missing the flour. I think there should be 2 cups of flour listed as one of the ingredients.

This recipe is so similar to the one I ate growing up, WITH the addition of 3 cups of flour of course. The rest of the recipe is right on though.

Somebody forgot to type in the FLOUR. Use 3 cups of flour and it should turn out just fine.

This recipe does not work. There is no flour, just lots of sugar. I'm wondering if it's a typo? I managed to rescue it by adding flour and oatmeal, but without that, it baked into a big gooey mess.
