    Ingredients

    Serves:

    Directions

    Heat oven to 350°F. Beat sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg using a mixer until blended.

    Spoon into lightly greased 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish; top with marshmallows.

    Bake 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.

    Poor dears....READ the recipe again....It clearly states "
    3 cans (15 ounces each) sweet potatoes, drained"...or if you can't understand that: 3 (15 ounce cans) sweet potatoes, drained......PLEASE pay attention...This is the reason people keep electing the idiots and crooks to run this country (How's the "change" working out for ya now?)

    I have been making this recipe for 45 years. it really doesn't matter what size cans. Eyeball it. Open can drain dump into baking pan. 1 can of curshed pineapple. Dole. mash , add cinnamon, or apple pie spices to taste heat/add marshmellow

    add three quarters of cream and raisins soaked overnight in dark rum, with a sweet orange flavor cheese cake topping.

    According to the other amounts for the receipe they would be small cans, and you would need to drain them.

    How can you bake this recipe for 15 to 20 mins. with the marshmellows on top from the beginning? They will totally disappear. Marshmellows are always added at the end and placed under the broiler for a very short time until they brown.
