Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup whole wheat⅛ cup flax seed1 tsp baking soda½ tsp baking spice1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt¼ cup oil⅛ cup buttermilk1 tsp vanilla½ tsp butter extract2 Tbsp sugar2 cup mashed banana½ cup agave

Directions

1. Sift together the flours, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add in the flaxseed, cinnamon and sugar and set aside. Combine the buttermilk, vanilla, butter extract and oil. Slowly stir in the mashed bananas and then the agave until all is combined.
2. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until it comes together. If you over-mix then the donuts will be too chewy. 
3. Place donut batter into greased donut pan and bake at 350 for10-15 minutes depending on the size donut pan you have.
