Did anyone try swaping beef for chicken? Wondering how that would be. Since I don't eat red meat.

I'm a little confused. Is the recipe calling for 1 cup of broth and 1 cup of stock or is that suppose to be the same thing? Because, in the directions it only says to add the broth, not the stock. My fear is adding too much liquid.

The recipe lists both broth and stock in case you want to use one OR the other, not both. Some people prefer stock and some prefer broth. It's your choice as to which you use. They should have been more clear in the directions for everyone.
